Location, a main criteria

For furnished rentals, the location of the property is essential. If your property is located in an area where demand is lower, you will have a harder time finding tenants. In Toulouse, the best neighbourhoods are Carmes and Capitole, as they are very central and lively. Further south, the up and coming neighbourhood of Saint Cyprien is an equally good alternative, well connected to business and student sectors with a network of trains and trams.
